If your question isn’t covered here, feel free to include it in your consultation request. Nothing is too small or too complicated to ask.
Yes. The 15-minute consultation is completely free and without obligation. It’s a chance for you to share what’s happening, ask questions, and get a sense of whether working together feels right. If you choose not to continue, there is no charge.
We work primarily with high-achieving individuals, such as executives, professionals, leaders, college and graduate students, business owners, and other ambitious people. We help those struggling with stress, anxiety, burnout, imposter syndrome, perfectionism, relationship challenges, or identity and multicultural issues. If we feel another service would better suit your needs, we’ll let you know and provide recommendations.
Yes. Each session is conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, which is especially convenient for busy professionals.
Absolutely. Your privacy is taken very seriously. What you share in therapy is confidential, with only a few legal exceptions related to safety (which we’ll explain clearly in your first session). We do not share information with family, friends, employers, or colleagues (unless with your permission).
This varies from person to person. Some clients come for a focused period of 8–12 sessions, while others prefer ongoing support. After your consultation and initial sessions, we’ll discuss a plan that matches your therapeutic goals.
